Pair Card Tables in the Neo-Classical Taste, about 1825, Attributed to John (1777–1851) and Hugh (1781–1830) Finlay, Baltimore, Maryland (active about 1800/01–30), Mahogany, maple, pine, and poplar, painted and paint-grained rosewood, and gilded, with gilt-brass toe caps and castors and die-stamped rosettes, and red velvet in the wells, 28 7/8 in. high, 35 7/8 in. wide, and 17 3/4 in. deep; open: 35 9/16 x 35 7/8 in.
