Following a successful event turnout in 2014, DDessin, cabinet of contemporary drawings, will return to the 700 square-meter space below the glass roofs of the Atelier Richelieu from March 27-29, 2015.

This third edition will bring together some twenty galleries, both French and foreign, showcasing once again drawing in all its forms, through the works of both emerging and established artists. Specific projects will be interspersed throughout the exhibit, which is designed to be navigated smoothly and whose zenithal lighthing plays a pivotal role in highlighting the works being shown. Conferences will be held to discuss subjects related to this medium, during this one-week period that is largely dedicated to it. The Prix DDessin {15}, attributed by a jury composed of art and culture personalities, will afford its laureate the opportunity to work in residence abroad for one month.

DDessin will once again be a key event of the drawing week in Paris, offering to professionals, collectors and amateurs the opportunity to come live a moment of artistic discovery in a convivial setting at the heart of the capital city.

The DDessin {14} / Institut français de Tanger Prize was awarded to the French artist Tudi Deligne presented by the Galerie Mariska Hammoudi (Paris). It gave the artist the opportunity to take part in a month-long residence at the Galerie Delacroix in Tangier, Morocco, at the beginning of 2015. This choice was hailed by the audience at the award.
