Arturo Di Stefano (born 1955, Huddersfield) presents work of unusually haunting power.

He continues to develop themes which, over the course of time he has made his own - these include arcades, cloths, mythological figures, usually women, that are emblems of pictorial probity and prophesy.

He visits and revisits in his work locations, usually abroad, where people of one kind or another close to his heart once lived, to paint their places of domicile as celebratory acts of remembrance.
