Igor Micunovic

Dr. Igor Micunovic Ph.D is the founder of Yin Yang Acupuncture & Tuina Center, and a known specialist in integrative medicine and personal transformation. He is board certified in Acupuncture and director board member of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS) and member of World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies (WFAS). Dr Igor Micunovic is president of Association of Acupuncturists of Montenegro and professor of Traditional Chinese Medicine within WFCMS. His devotion for body-soul-mind life changing transformation started since his young age. He started understanding human nature and physical performances after he earned M.A. degree from University for Sports & PE in Pristina. He acquired necessary clinical skills during his studies in Serbia at Medical University in Kragujevac where he earned MMSci – Master of medical sciences, minor in sports medicine.

He earned M.D. and Ph.D of medical sciences at Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, P.R. China, minor in Acupuncture & Tuina. Afterwards he finished post-doc research in clinical pharmacology of TCM at Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. His main interests are diseases prevention, spirituality, body-soul-mind transformation, welness, fitness, natural treatments and holistic medicine.

He practices his beliefs with intention to be a role model. He is Tai Ji Quan/Qi Gong/Yoga instructor. Every summer Dr Igor Micunovic organizes Yoga/Qi Gong Retreat in Montenegro. He is the author of several books printed in Serbian, English and Chinese. His articles are published in several magazines, including WSI - Wall Streer International.

He has more than 10 years of clinical experience in Chinese Medicine, Physiotherapy, Wellness and has spent the better part of the past 15 years in China pursuing the mastery and refinement of Chinese Medicine. Currently Dr Micunovic holds posts in Montenegro at Aman Sveti Stefan and Montenegro Stars Group.
