Work-horses of the post-war era are the vast numbers of four-cylinder flat fours made by Continental and Lycoming. Our 200 hp Lycoming IO 360 is typical in most senses, but it has an interesting history.

This engine powered a Lake “Buccaneer” amphibian owned by BC artist Toni Onley, who lost his life in a crash in 2004.

The engine, propeller and pylon were salvaged and restored as a tribute to Toni.
